My Dinner Invitation

This delicious summer dinner will not only please your taste buds but will help eliminating cortisol dysregulations and shaping your belly. Regular, short Endo-Gym routines can top up the results on both ends (hormonally and on your core). Most importantly, and this is one of my biggest learnings from the past 10 years, DON’t OVERDO ANY OF THEM! Long hours in the kitchen or long, straining sessions in the gym are counterproductive in keeping your body serving you just fine above 50.


***My love wanted to invite me for paella similarly to the day before, but I didn’t like my belly in the morning, so I changed plans. For my greatest surprise there, at the sunset by the Atlantic on the picture, he asked me to repeat this very simple dish more often at home.


Wine I recommend maximum twice a week. It disturbs the liver, and because your liver processes your hormones, alcohol interferes with your happy hormones (see the signs of toxic liver) . When it comes to cheese, if you want to ease feminine problems just skip cheese for awhile. You will have plenty of time to eat it when you are fine again. Even then, goat cheese is the easiest to coop with and not every day. After 45-47 rice for dinner overtaxes the metabolism and increases cortisol issues, leaving you with weight gain eventually. If you are younger and want to lose more than 2-3 kgs, follow the same principles.

The ingredients, the timing of your meals and regularity of this quality, in long term will make a huge difference in the quality of your connective tissue, the elasticity of your skin and muscle tone.

Ingredients for 2 people: 300 grams carrots, 3 medium sized onion, 1 medium size sweet potato (130-150 grams), 1 green bell pepper, 1 tomato, 5 cloves of garlic, 4 tbs olive oil, 2 coffee spoon Himalayan salt; 2 tbs butter, 4 eggs; 4 tbs Magic Green;

Peal all vegetables and chop them to bigger pieces (1cm x 1cm). Mash the garlic and put it aside until use at the end of cooking. Heat up the oil in a deeper dish, add the onion first. Under lid let it soften for 3-4 minutes. Then add the carrots and wait for 5-6 minutes. Now comes the sweet potato for 4-5 minutes. If you want to add raw meat, here is the time. With the meat for 2 people you may need to add 1 dl water and more salt. In this case cook it under lid for minimum 20 minutes, and obviously more, depending on the type of meat you use. I mixed bio pate in the dish at this point, it doesn’t need cooking really. Add the tomato, 5 minutes later the bell pepper and cook it for 5 minutes more. Finally you add the garlic and cook it for 3 minutes longer. Now you need to prepare only the scrambled egg and you are ready to serve it. For serving, top it up with a tbs of Magic Green powder each portion to enhance the flavour.

(Scrambled egg, in case your are a complete beginner: Melt the butter in a stainless steel grading dish, so it won’t stick. Place the full eggs on as bulled eye egg, sprinkle salt on the top. When they start to get hard, break the texture and turn the pieces couple of times.)

Summary: This kind of dinners in long term will support you in producing the best quality connective tissue and in maintaining muscle tone and the elasticity of your skin.
